Nope, no fees, you only pay for what you purchase.

It's a monthly payment, NO COMMITMENTS. You can either pay your first month with your credit card when you subscribe and we will remind you thereafter, or you can pay cash on delivery every time you receive your box.

You pay the same price you subscribed for NO MATTER WHAT! Don't sweat it, you don't have to worry about price fluctuations, that's our job.

You can cancel anytime for any reason, with just a few clicks, a call, or an email. We hope you'll stay, but we don't make it hard for you to leave.

We do apologize. Please always verify the item delivered when given by the delivery agent, and reject it if it does not match your order. In case you accepted it from the delivery agent, you can still return it within 3 days.

Sorry, returns are not possible after the 3 days return period specified in our policy.

There are no charges for shipping a product back to Fillbox within the first 48 hours.

In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you could return an item in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.

There are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:

  1. Return request is made outside the specified period of 3 days from delivery.
  2. Product is not in the same condition as you received it.
  3. Any consumable item that has been used.
  4. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  5. Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
  6. Fragile items, hygiene related items.

We will attempt to deliver your order again the next working day. We will try to deliver a total of 3 times before cancelling your order.

Yes, our delivery person will contact you to confirm your availability and exact location.

We deliver for free on all orders that are EGP 850 and more. Below the mentioned price, you will be charged a small flat delivery fee depending on your Governorate.

During your checkout, you will be asked to enter a billing address and a shipping address if it is not the same.
  1. Click on 'Fillbox' button to add a product to your box.
  2. After choosing your products, go to the checkout page from the header on the top right corner of the website.
  3. Register/Login into your account by entering your email and password.
  4. Enter your shipping/billing information.
  5. Choose your preferred payment option.
  6. Choose your preferred subscription model.
  7. Click on 'Confirm order' to proceed to the payment portal and complete your order.

We will send you regular updates about the status of your order via emails and SMS. After your order has left our warehouse, and is on its way to you, you can also track its status by entering your tracking number on your account page.

Once you confirm your order, an email with your invoice will be immediately sent to you and you will be contacted by one of our customer support specialists for further confirmation.

If you have not already received the email information that your order was shipped, you can simply cancel your order by getting in touch with our Customer Support.
